Contributed to the development of a new Hermes navigation app, enabling couriers to deliver parcels efficiently across Germany. The new app replaced the legacy version running on vehicle-attached tablets, now supporting portable scanners used for both navigation and parcel scanning.
Applied Extreme Programming (XP) practices like Pair/Mob Programming and TDD to ensure top-tier software quality.
These practices were key to successfully delivering a major map SDK migration on time while ensuring the app’s quality and efficiency.
